Meet the Senior Team

I joined the business as Chief Executive back in 1995 –  it still seems like yesterday as each day has brought new opportunities, challenges and successes as our business has continually grown.

My role is to devise and lead the implementation of a strategy that is going to ensure Leprino continues to develop and succeed and delivers for all our stakeholders.

We've already achieved so much and I'm proud to work alongside a team of such loyal, committed, energetic and talented people as we have throughout the business.

I have headed up the commercial function for the business since 2014 – leading the sales, marketing and customer service teams activity for the business. I’ve spent most of my career in the dairy industry across several commercial based roles for a number of dairy businesses.

My role at Leprino is to proactively develop and implement sales and marketing strategies which deliver profitable and sustainable volume growth - working with the sales and marketing teams and with colleagues across the business to reach stretching but achievable targets - something which I find genuinely motivating and rewarding.

Having joined the business over 25 years ago as a Quality Manager I have become a well-established member of the senior management team helping to shape and deliver the business strategy.

I led our NPD function for 20 years before it was absorbed into our new Innovation team in 2024, and also took up the baton to kick-start our Sustainability program which has developed strongly over the past 4 years.

The primary responsibilities of my current role are now focused on customer and plant technical support and ongoing development of our sustainability strategy. I am a key link between customers and our manufacturing plants on all things related to product and technology.

Bringing our third manufacturing plant in Portlaoise, Ireland into the mix over the past few years, plus the full integration into the Leprino family, have added complexity to both functions a well as cultural change. Never a dull day for either team!

Back in 1995 I joined the company as a graduate trainee and have enjoyed a wide variety of roles since then. Essentially, it's my job to continuously find ways to enhance and improve the quality and efficiency of our products.

Thanks to our commitment as a business to investing in the improvement and development of our processes and products, I have to say that my role at the business is particularly rewarding and something I'm very proud to be a part of.

I joined the business in 1999, as Operations Manager at the Llangefni site, and worked with the business and site teams to more than double the plant’s capacity, before moving to my current role as Director of Operations, in February 2013.

I relish and enjoy the challenge of working in a business that continues to grow supported by on-going investment and development of its people and its processes. Each year brings new and exciting challenges as a business and as a team.

Having spent over 20 years in Human Resource Management I joined the business in January 2021 as Director of HR. 

I have previously held lead HR roles across the retail and food manufacturing sectors and really enjoy the pace and challenge of the food sector.

Leading the Leprino people agenda in the company, is a privilege. We are a business that is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, understands their contribution to the business and has the opportunity to grow and develop - my role is to ensure that our people strategy supports that goal. 

I enjoy working and engaging team members on new initiatives, plans for growth and development and they certainly teach me a thing or two about mozzarella, which all adds to the fun along the way.

We have a great team at Leprino, very welcoming and inclusive, dedicated and committed, with a great energy and drive to be the best at what we do. I'm glad to be part of the story.

I joined Leprino in 2022 as the Director of Finance. I am a commercially-focused finance leader with a proven track record in strategic financial planning and business analysis.

I have extensive experience in international FMCG environments, including manufacturing, commercial and headquarter roles, based in Switzerland, the UK, France and Ireland.
