We celebrated International Women's Day across our sites this week. We celebrated with homemade cakes, decorations and notice boards highlighting the importance of the day and making time to appreciate the women across our business.
This year, IWD celebrates 115 years of celebrating women's achievements, raising awareness about discrimination, caring about gender equality and taking action to forge gender parity.
The theme this year is Give To Gain which focuses on emphasising the power of reciprocity and support - when people, organisations and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase. The campaign encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration.
