Leprino Foods UK and EU recently launched our Vision, Mission, Core Values, Purpose and Culture to be more aligned with Leprino Foods. We had the pleasure of hosting Dan Vecchiarelli and Ryan McGowan to all three of our manufacturing sites and our head office to formally introduce the new initiative with the support of our Chief Executive, Paul and HR Director, Caroline.
The sessions were informative and interactive filled with great stories from the early days of the business up to present day. Bringing everyone together enabled us to understand our One Leprino One Team approach and how we can bring this to life in our everyday work.
