Our Portlaoise site held their annual summer BBQ today, whilst the weather might not have been on our side, it didn’t dampen spirits and contributed to the festival atmosphere!
The team held their own version of Bake Off with some amazing entries, from home-baked custard creams, an indulgent chocolate fudge cake and two batches of delicious cupcakes. The BBQ itself was a hit, and one of our lovely team members kept the coals going in the rain.
