Dylan started Leprino in 2015 as a Farm Liaison Manager before becoming Milk Procurement Manager in 2019.

He has had many roles in agriculture which have encompassed nutrition, sales, finance and animal health, but has always been "farmer-facing". This background has served Dylan well in fulfilling his duties to ensure that Leprino's Llangefni facility has a plentiful supply of milk.

Dylan says, "I am also a Welsh speaking farmers son, who grew up on a dairy farm in West Wales, and in my limited spare time look after a few cows and sheep of my own on our family smallholding".

Dylan is an experienced relationship manager with a history of working in the farming industry. Skilled in business planning, animal welfare, animal nutrition, ruminant nutrition, and rural development. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Animal Sciences from Aberystwyth University.

I am a Welsh speaking farmers daughter from Carmarthenshire, born & bred on a dairy family farm. I have been heavily linked with the dairy sector since a number of years now , holding different positions within animal health, genetics & sales roles.

My background & experience within the industry enables me to fully engage with our suppliers on a realistic platform.

I have a passion for dairy & am proud to be associated with putting Welsh milk into food production that then travels around the world.

My role involves daily interaction with our suppliers & to assist them with any queries or issues they may have with regards to the supply of high quality milk at our facility in Llangefni.

David has been with Leprino for over 9 years as Milk Procurement Manager. He has a BASc in Agriculture and Marketing from Harper Adams University, the UK's leading specialist university shaping sustainable solutions through applied research, innovation, and education.
